Mrs Jagruti Desai a graduate in   Business Management has very rich experience of over 20 years  in International Trading. He has deep insight into the sourcing mechanism, international logistic planning and customer orientation.  Our company was established in early 2012  in UAE.   UAE being window to Europe, having world class logistics facility, trade   friendly infrastructure etc. In early 2012 a team of professionals were put in place which specialized in Finance, Logistics and Business Development and actively started the operations of Magic  Pearl General Trading LLC

Ms Jeel Desai (Director)

Living up to the standards of being the daughter of a successful business man is difficult, but not impossible.  Her family background has meant  she is  always been captivated with the idea of how successful professionals are able to start from the bottom and achieve so much. She  believes that business is defined as an opportunity to experience, to do better and to earn the amount you deserve. The business world is challenging but that thought never stopped anyone from accomplishing their dreams.

She has gained entrepreneurial skills throughout these years. For example, building her communication skills when she  was learning how to talk to clients, colleagues and supervisors during my internship at Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority. Also, being the team leader of the volunteer’s crew at STEP conference and music in Dubai, allowing me to gain managerial qualities and be able to lead efficiently. She gained skills from work experience in Fractal Systems Dubai, where I was in the HR Department. This work experience enabled me to look at business in a whole new perspective, how demanding it is work hard and achieve the best alongside developing my skill set. She  also gained presentation and public speaking skills from being a part of the Model United Nations in my current  profession by being elected as an Environmental and Charity House Ambassador in three consecutive years.

He is commerce graduate from Mumbai University . Responsibilities are Product Selection, Business Development, Strategic alliances, Intellectual property development . His passion is to build a team and selection of good product and its development with eco friendly technology, and respect for the environment and contributing to the Society
